Ceremony

Ceremony is the method by which we can enter a consciousness that allows us to interconnect the Spiritual and the Physical. Through ceremony, we are able to feel connected to ourselves, to others, and to the environment and spiritual elements around us.

The ceremony doesn't have to be elaborate or even time-consuming. It can be, of course, and should be if that is what you need.

But it can also be as quick as a few moments... a going within to center yourself, connecting to your heart center, and then being there for a while as you express gratitude or live with a question to seek its answer. You can create and perform ceremonies for special events or happenings in your life, to release stagnant energies that no longer serve you, to welcome new energies, to rebalance your connection with the Mother Earth, or to simply show gratitude for the gift of life.
